Field trip!

Today we are going to the Brian Kinder concert at the library, along with every other child in Siloam Springs, I am sure. We are leaving school an hour before the show to guarantee less chaos for Ms. Beth. We will see how this goes, but the kids are so excited and I know they will have alot of fun. I wonder how they will react to a children's music duo that is not The Kiddos!
This morning outside we watched intently the back hoe, (or bucket loader, as Adam corrected me), smooth out the gravel in the driveway/parking area. It was very entertaining to us to watch the man drop the gravel and smooth it out. Over and over he did this. Adam stood by the steering wheel on the playgroud and drove his own bucket loader, right along with the city worker!
We brainstormed all the zoo animals we could think of during circle time. It is a work in progress, and we decided we can add more animals to it as the week goes on.
